Through courses, workshops, mentorship, and industry partnerships, The Walker Group helps students and emerging professionals find their place in the creative industries — and the systems that power them.
The Walker Group believes education is one of the most powerful ways to create lasting change. Through courses, workshops, mentorship, and industry partnerships, we help students and emerging professionals better understand the pathways available across music, media, live entertainment, film, and creative leadership.
Our programs are built with the same standard as our production work — rooted in real industry practice, designed to be useful in the room, and shaped by the same people doing the work at the highest level.
A Berklee College of Music pilot course. Designed to help students connect classroom learning with real-world industry practice.
The Industry Development Ensemble is designed to help students connect classroom learning with real-world industry practice. Through guest speakers, case studies, professional development, and practical insight, students gain a deeper understanding of the systems and leadership that power modern creative industries.
The course is taught by working industry leaders alongside Berklee faculty — and built around the kind of conversations that usually happen long after a student has already left school.
The Industry Development Ensemble launches Spring 2027 as a limited-enrollment pilot. Berklee students interested in joining the first cohort can submit their information below — we'll reach out with course details, prerequisites, and enrollment instructions as the launch approaches.
