Three practices. One mission.

Production, Consulting, and Creative Strategy — for artists, institutions, and the people who move culture forward. Every engagement starts with a decision the business will live with.

Practice 01

Production.

Music direction, playback engineering, and show file architecture for tours, residencies, broadcast, and one-off flagship moments. The system behind the show — built so it holds under pressure and travels without you.

Who it's for

  • Touring artists with arena/stadium ambitions
  • Labels prepping album cycles and residencies
  • Broadcast producers with tight technical windows
  • Music directors who need a partner, not a hire

What we deliver

  • MD notes, click tracks, and stem architecture
  • Playback rig design and redundancy plans
  • Rehearsal schedules and staffing frameworks
  • Show files that another engineer can pick up cleanly

How it moves

  • Scope + rehearsal calendar within two weeks
  • Full show file draft before first band rehearsal
  • On-site support through opening week
  • Handoff document for continuing crew

Practice 02

Consulting.

Direct access to Trill for the decisions you can't afford to get wrong. Office Hours for a single question, the MD Intensive for a full framework, and custom advisory engagements for teams that need someone in the room.

Who it's for

  • MDs preparing for their first tour
  • Artists auditioning their live team
  • Managers writing show budgets
  • Institutions building programs from scratch

What we deliver

  • Ask Trill · $97 — one 30-min call, one clear answer
  • MD Intensive · $1,497 — four weeks, 10 seats, full Playbook included
  • Custom retainer · from $5K/month — teams that need someone in the room
  • Written follow-up on every engagement

How it moves

  • Scoping call → written proposal → deposit
  • Set cadence: weekly, biweekly, or per-milestone
  • Notes and next actions after each session
  • Clear exit — no forever contracts

Practice 03

Creative Strategy.

Longer arcs. Album cycles, brand launches, artist development, and the through-line that connects records, live shows, and cultural moments. This is where production and consulting fold into a single operating rhythm.

Who it's for

  • Developing artists preparing to launch
  • Established artists entering a new era
  • Labels shaping catalog rollout
  • Founders building creator-facing companies

What we deliver

  • Career operating plans and cycle calendars
  • EPK production and positioning
  • Live-show storytelling arcs
  • Team architecture and role clarity

How it moves

  • 90-day discovery and audit phase
  • Written strategy document with milestones
  • Quarterly reviews with the whole team
  • Documented handoff at contract close

Honest answers, no fluff.

Do you take on new production clients year-round?
Yes, with a scoping call. We turn away more projects than we accept — the ones we do take get the calendar space they need.
What is the minimum engagement?
$97 for a 30-min Ask Trill call. $1,497 for the MD Intensive cohort. Custom production and advisory engagements start at $5,000.
Do you work with institutions, or only artists?
Both. We've built programs and strategy for schools, festivals, faith-based institutions, and creator-facing companies. The methodology is the same: clarity on outcomes first, systems second.
How do we start?
Use the contact form or book Office Hours. If it's a fit, you'll get a scoping call within a week and a written proposal within two.
What is not a service?
We don't ghost-produce, don't broker deals, and don't do artist management. Our lane is production, consulting, and creative strategy — everything else, we refer out.

Let's build something meaningful.

Every serious engagement starts with a real conversation. Tell us what you're building — we'll tell you whether we're the right partner and, if not, who is.
